Board of Trustees
LLE was founded by a group of reading specialists intent on giving children from at risk communities the same top quality tutoring support offered in more privileged areas of Baltimore. In order to have the potential to reach great numbers of children, LLE has committed to creating a tutorial model that is not only highly effective but replicable, cost effective, and sustainable. Collectively, our founding board has many decades of experience teaching in prestigious reading programs including St. Paul's School, Jemicy School, Cathedral of Mary our Queen Regina Program, New Song Academy, Brown Memorial Tutoring Program, Fr Charles Hall School, and Summit School. We have been involved in implementing federal education reforms at state level and have taught at higher level institution including Goucher College, Johns Hopkins University, and Towson University.
